What is the aspect raito of Super 8? When you transfer to to ntsc video what do you loose and where do you loose it sides or top and bottom ?

It's very close to 4:3. Unless you have some reason to worry about something in your image which is very close to the edge I wouldn't worry about it.

Super8 was designed to be projected through a 4:3 gate, although cameras varied in the horizontal dimension of the photographed frame.
So although all cameras had to limit their frame heights to 4,2 mm they could photograph an image right up to the sprocket hole, thus giving a 6 mm wide frame. This gives a 1,43:1 aspect ratio (as against 1,33:1 of TV) and is one reason to file open the gate plate of any projector that's to be used for film transfer. Most people have photographed more than they've realised.

Projector aperture is always smaller than camera aperture no matter what the gauge. The standard for super8 is:
Camera
0.224x0.166 inches for an aspect ratio of 1.349:1
Projector
0.211x0.158 inches for an aspect ratio of 1.335:1
